Measurement and instrumentation :

Semantic TS studies instrumentation needs, specifies, designs and develops specific systems for measurement and processing, using nowadays instrumentation techniques (networks, IEEE, RS232, numeric, analogical ...). We have prepared and participated to several measurement campaigns.

In the signal processing domain : adjustment of measurements and studying protocols, statistical processing of measured data, measurement of noise directivity in 3D, measurements of vertical array directivity in underwater acoustics, time-frequency-temperature measurements of quartz resonators (long and short time drift, temperature stability …).

In the study of propagation medium : investigation of underwater sound speed field using acoustic tomography  ; investigation of atmospheric layer using remote sensing;
